We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our remote sales team! In this fully remote, commission-based role, you will be responsible for converting leads, closing sales, and helping customers find the right products or services across a variety of client campaigns. Work Location & Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound or take inbound calls to convert leads into sales across assigned campaigns.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product, plan, or service.

• Explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.

• Use CRM and communication tools to track leads, follow-ups, and closed sales.

• Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and quality standards.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and campaign updates.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and ethical sales practices.

• Adapt quickly to new scripts, offers, and client industries as needed.

Compensation Structure

• Commission-Based Pay: Competitive commission earned on every sale — no earnings cap.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of sales, lead generation, or high-volume customer service experience.

• Comfortable working remotely with limited supervision.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, call platforms, and chat/email tools.

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work as an independent contractor.
