Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple systems, ensuring zero deviation from established processes

Review and verify source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to data entry

Identify and correct errors, discrepancies, and missing information in a timely manner

Conduct routine audits of entered data to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive, proprietary, or personal information

Follow all formatting, naming conventions, and data handling procedures without exception

Meet or exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy benchmarks

Document completed work, error rates, and corrections in accordance with reporting standards

Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy retrieval and compliance with internal policies

Communicate promptly regarding data inconsistencies, system issues, or workflow concerns

Participate in data cleanup initiatives, system updates, and migration projects as assigned
